Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to deliver an exceptional customer experience at our repair facility. The role involves managing relationships with customers and insurance companies and providing comprehensive administrative support for the repair team.

You will schedule repairs, retrieve insurance authorizations, assemble RO packets, and log communications in CCC One.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role such as administration assistant.
• Preferred: 1 year in auto body or similar environment with customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Schedule vehicle repair appointments using Daily Demand Capacity Planner, CCC One schedule and proper scripting.
• Retrieve insurance assignments and obtain repair authorization documentation.
• Prepare RO work packet with QC checklist, work order, parts list and windshield tag.
• Record all communication with customers or insurance partners in CCC One.
• Confirm rental information and update CCC One with rental car usage.
• Manage ARMS to ensure vehicles are noted in CCC One.
