Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking a Customer Service Representative to deliver an exceptional experience for customers and insurers. You will manage administrative support for the Repair Facility Team and maintain records in CCC One.

You will schedule repairs, handle insurance authorizations, prepare RO packets, and track rental and communication details to ensure a smooth process for customers and partners alike.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with admin exposure.
• 1 year of experience in a similar role preferred.
• Experience in auto body environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Execute WOW plan consistently.
• Schedule vehicle repair appointments using CCC One and scripts.
• Retrieve insurance assignments and obtain repair authorization.
• Prepare RO packets with QC checklist, work order, parts, and rental flags.
• Record all communications with customers or insurers in CCC One.
• Confirm rental information and update CCC One accordingly.
• Manage ARMS daily and reflect entries in CCC One.
