Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking a courteous CSR to deliver an exceptional customer experience. You will manage customer and insurer communications, schedule repairs, and handle essential administrative duties for the repair team.

Responsibilities include processing repair orders, coordinating rentals, and maintaining accurate records in CCC One. A fast-paced environment requires attention to detail and strong communication.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year experience in a similar administrative role.
• Preferred: 1 year in auto body or similar customer service environment.

Responsibilities

• Schedule vehicle repair appointments using CCC One and related scripts.
• Retrieve insurance assignments and obtain repair authorization documents.
• Prepare RO work packets including QC checklists and parts lists.
• Record all communications with customers and insurers in CCC One.
• Confirm rental information and update CCC One accordingly.
• Manage ARMS to ensure rentals are tracked in CCC One.
