O’Reilly Auto Parts in Worcester, MA is seeking a Parts Specialist who will provide retail and installer customers with a high level of service while supporting store management.

The role involves greeting customers, assisting with parts selection, processing cash transactions, and maintaining storefront presentation. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply; ASE certification and automotive knowledge are preferred.

Formación

• Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences.
• Ability to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service.
• Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time.

Responsabilidades

• Greet retail/walk-in customers in a friendly, courteous manner and assist them in selecting merchandise.
• Assist managers and installer service specialists with professional customers as needed.
• Process exchanges and returns for credit according to company policies.
• Provide excellent service to customers calling the store on the phone and look up parts and quotes.
• Maintain and secure the cash drawer and process cash, checks, and credit card transactions.
• Address and resolve customer complaints in a friendly manner.
• Perform daily operational tasks and store services (wipers, batteries, codes, etc.).
• Occasionally drive a delivery vehicle when needed.
