Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist in merchandise selection
• Assist managers and installer service specialists with professional customers
• Handle cash, checks, credit transactions, and returns per policy
• Answer store calls, look up parts and quote prices, promote related items
• Maintain cash drawer securely and process payments accurately
• Perform stock, planogram updates, and routine store upkeep
• Provide in-store services (e.g., wipers, batteries) as trained
• Occasionally operate a delivery vehicle if needed
• Support daily operations like inventory counts and stock adjustments
• Adhere to company training and policies
