O’Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Parts Specialist to provide top-tier service to retail and installer customers. You will help customers choose merchandise, support store management, and participate in daily operations to keep shelves stocked and processes running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences.
• Provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service.
• Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time.

Responsibilities

• Promote and follow all customer service programs (Hi-5, Low Price Guarantee, etc).
• Greet customers promptly and assist them in selecting merchandise.
• Support professional customers with service needs and related tasks.
• Complete assigned training relevant to the position.
• Answer store calls per policy, lookup parts, quote prices, and upsell related items.
