O'Reilly Auto Parts seeks a Parts Specialist to provide high-level service to retail and installer customers and to support store management in daily tasks. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply and will be valued for serving a diverse customer base.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, promoting service programs, assisting with parts lookups, handling cash, processing returns, and performing stocking and merchandising tasks.

• Outstanding, friendly, professional customer service.
• Must multitask, handling in-store and phone customers.

Responsabilidades

• Promote customer service programs (Hi-5, Low Price Guarantee, Rock the Call, Related Selling, Rock the Lot).
• Greet customers and assist with merchandise selection.
• Assist managers and installers in serving professional customers.
• Complete required training for the position.
• Answer store calls, lookup parts and quote prices, suggest items, and apply Low-Price Guarantee.
• Handle cash drawer, accept payments, process credit cards, and balance cash.
• Process exchanges and returns per policy.
• Address and resolve customer complaints.
• Assist with planogram updates, stocking and merchandising tasks.
• Perform daily operations such as returns, stock adjustments, and inventory counts.
• Operate brake lathe and other test equipment after training.
• Provide in-store services (install wipers, test batteries, diagnose codes).
• Occasionally drive a delivery vehicle when business needs require.
• All other duties as assigned.
