Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet retail/walk-in customers in a friendly, courteous manner and assist with merchandise selection.
• Support store management and installer service specialists as needed.
• Handle cash, checks, and credit card transactions accurately and securely; process exchanges/returns per policy.
• Answer store phone calls, look up parts and quote prices, and promote related items and Low-Price Guarantee.
• Assist with stock updates, planograms, freight receival, stocking shelves, and general store upkeep.
• Perform in-store services (e.g., install wipers, test batteries) where legal, and drivers may deliver when needed.
