O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Parts Specialist to provide high-level service to retail and installer customers and to support store management in daily tasks. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply and will help with part lookups, pricing, and related selling while maintaining excellent customer service.

The role involves greeting customers, assisting with merchandise selection, processing transactions, handling returns, stocking shelves, and supporting store operations as needed.

• Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences.
• Ability to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service.
• Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time.
