Job summary

O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Parts Specialist to provide high-level service to retail and installer customers and support store management with assigned tasks. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply and join a team focused on customer satisfaction and store operations.

Qualifications

• Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences.
• Provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service.
• Must multitask between phone and in-store customers.
• Spanish language ability is highly desired (spoken/written).
• Familiarity with automotive parts and sales is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist retail and installer customers in selecting merchandise.
• Support store management and installer service specialists as needed.
• Handle cash, checks and credit card transactions accurately.
• Process exchanges and returns per policy and resolve customer complaints.
• Assist with daily store operations: stocking, planogram updates, and image maker tasks.
• Perform in-store services and small repairs when trained and allowed by law.
• Occasionally drive a delivery vehicle to support business needs.
