Qualifications

• Must be able to quickly match alphanumeric sequences.
• Provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service.
• Must multitask, handling in-store and phone customers simultaneously.
• Fluency in Spanish is highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist in selecting merchandise.
• Promote customer service programs and related selling.
• Assist managers with professional customer service needs.
• Answer store calls, lookup parts, quote prices, offer low-price guarantee.
• Handle cash drawer, payments, and card transactions.
• Process exchanges and returns per company policy.
• Resolve customer complaints in a friendly manner.
• Support planogram updates, stocking and cleaning tasks.
• Perform daily operations like stock counts and returns to distribution.
• Operate brake lathe and store test equipment after training.
• Provide in-store services (e.g., wipers, batteries, codes).
• Occasionally drive a delivery vehicle if needed.
• All other duties as assigned.
