Job summary

O’Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Parts Specialist to deliver high‑level service to retail and installer customers in Belleville, IL. You will greet customers, help them select parts, and assist professional customers while supporting store management in daily tasks.

The role includes handling transactions, returns, and service requests, with opportunities to perform in-store services and occasional deliveries. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences.
• Ability to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service.
• Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with merchandise selection.
• Assist managers and installer service specialists for professional customers as needed.
• Handle cash, checks and credit card transactions accurately.
• Process exchanges and returns per policy and handle refunds.
• Address and resolve customer complaints in a courteous manner.
• Perform daily operational tasks such as stock, imaging, and planogram updates.
• Carry out in-store services and, when needed, drive a delivery vehicle.
