Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist in selecting merchandise.
• Support professional customers and store management with assigned tasks.
• Answer store phone calls, look up parts, quote prices, and suggest related items.
• Process exchanges/returns and handle cash/credit transactions.
• Maintain appearance and restock shelves; conduct daily operational tasks.
• Operate test equipment after training; assist with in-store services when allowed.
• Occasionally drive a delivery vehicle as needed.
• All other duties as assigned.
