Job summary

O’Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Parts Specialist to provide excellent service to retail and installer customers at our Macomb, IL location. You will greet customers, lookup parts, quote prices, and promote company programs while supporting store management with daily tasks.

Candidates fluent in multiple languages are encouraged to apply. The role includes cash handling, returns processing, and basic on-site service tasks as part of a team-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences.
• Ability to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service.
• Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist them in selecting merchandise.
• Assist professionals and installers as needed.
• Answer store phone calls per policy, lookup parts and quote prices.
• Maintain cash drawer and process transactions accurately.
• Process exchanges and returns in accordance with policy.
• Resolve customer complaints in a friendly manner.
• Stock shelves, front merchandise, and support inventory tasks.
• Perform daily store operations and handle routine service tasks.
