You will handle cash transactions, returns, product recommendations, and basic in-store services while following company policies. The role also involves stocking, planogram updates, and occasional delivery duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences.
• Ability to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service.
• Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time.

Responsibilities

• Greet retail and installer customers in a friendly, courteous manner and assist them in selecting merchandise.
• Support store management and professional customers as needed.
• Process exchanges and returns for credit according to company policies.
• Provide excellent service to customers calling the store, look up parts, quote prices, and offer related items.
• Handle cash drawer, accept payments, and process card transactions.
• Assist with stocking, planogram updates, and daily store operations.
• Perform in-store services as allowed by state/local laws (e.g., test batteries, replace wipers).
• Occasionally drive a delivery vehicle when needed and qualified.
