Qualifikationen

• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to obtain RSS Certification.
• Retail sales experience desirable.
• ASE Certification desirable.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish highly desired).

Aufgaben

• Lead store team members in delivering excellent customer service.
• Oversee customer service levels for the retail showroom and support shift management when needed.
• Ensure phone calls are answered per policy and orders are processed promptly.
• Manage BOPIS, transfers, and external orders and communicate shipments.
