Responsibilities

• Lead store team in delivering excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels in the showroom and ensure policy adherence.
• Process buy online/ship to store, transfers, and outside purchases timely.
• Handle returns, refunds, and invoicing accurately.
• Ensure daily close procedures, deposits, and secure premises.
• Coordinate with management and clock in/out according to policy.
• Perform all opening/closing duties and other duties as assigned.
