Responsibilities

• Lead store team members in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels on the showroom and ensure execution of related programs.
• Ensure telephone is answered according to company policy.
• Process buy online/ship to store, hub and store transfers and notify customers as needed.
• Handle returns, exchanges, refunds and ensure proper invoicing before product leaves the store.
• Oversee merchandise invoicing, zipline messages, Image Maker and merchandising tasks.
• Ensure adherence to posted work schedules and proper clocking in/out.
• Perform store opening/closing duties, including day-end procedures and security checks.
