O’Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Service Specialist to support the Store Manager and assistants in sales, service, and store operations. The role may assume shift management in their absence, with bilingual candidates encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities include leading a store team to deliver excellent customer service, managing communications, and ensuring accurate processing of orders, returns, and invoicing while maintaining store security and schedule adherence.

Formación

• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to obtain RSS Certification.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired).

Responsabilidades

• Lead store team members in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise the customer service levels on the retail showroom and ensure team execution of service programs.
• Answer the telephone according to company policy.
• Process buy online/ship to store, hub and store to store transfers, and DC add orders and inform customers on shipment arrivals.
• Handle special orders and outside purchases efficiently according to procedure.
• Process returns and exchanges and issue refunds with correct payment methods.
• Invoicing of merchandise including core charges and warranties before product leaves the store.
• Communicate Zipline messages and delegate merchandising tasks to the team.
