Job summary

O’Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Service Specialist to support Store Manager and Assistants in sales, customer service, store appearance, and operations. The role may include shift management in the absence of leadership.

Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply and will help engage a diverse customer base. Essential duties include leading customer service, ensuring policy-compliant transfers and orders, and maintaining accurate refunds and invoicing.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and ability to lead teams.
• RSS Certification required.
• Retail sales experience, preferably in auto parts.
• Automotive systems and repair knowledge.
• ASE Certification preferred.
• Fluency in Spanish is highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team members in delivering excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise showroom customer service levels and ensure programs are followed (Related sales, Hi5, Rock the Call, Never Say No, Rock the Lot).
• Manage phone calls and ensure buy online/ship to store, hub, and store-to-store transfers are processed on time.
• Oversee opening/closing duties, banking deposits, and security procedures.
• Coordinate returns, exchanges, refunds, and proper merchandise processing.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
