The role focuses on delivering excellent customer service to retail and professional customers, supervising service levels, handling phone and order processing, and ensuring accurate invoicing and timely stock transfers.

• Strong communication skills are required.
• RSS Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team in delivering excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise the showroom customer service levels and support service programs.
• Answer telephone per company policy and ensure timely order processing.
• Oversee buy online/ship to store, transfers, and DC add orders and contact customers on shipment arrivals.
• Ensure returns are processed efficiently, invoicing is accurate, and stock tasks are completed.
