Responsabilités

• Lead store team members in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels on the showroom and ensure adherence to service programs.
• Ensure telephone and digital order processing are handled promptly and accurately.
• Oversee opening/closing duties, security, and day-end procedures as assigned.
• Handle returns, refunds, invoicing, and stock transfers efficiently and correctly.
