Job summary

O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Service Specialist to assist the Store Manager and Supervisors in delivering top-notch customer service, store appearance, and operations. This role also assumes shift management in the absence of leadership.

The ideal candidate will lead by example, uphold service programs, and manage day-to-day tasks from sales to cash handling, ensuring accurate invoicing and timely communication with customers.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills are required.
• Ability to obtain RSS Certification is required to perform the role.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team members in delivering excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels in the showroom and ensure teams execute programs.
• Answer phone calls per policy and process between online orders and store transfers.
• Ensure returns, exchanges, and refunds are processed accurately and efficiently.
• Manage day-end procedures, cash handling, deposits, and security tasks.
