Job summary

O’Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Service Specialist to support the Store Manager and Assistant Managers in sales, customer service, store appearance, and operations. The role may assume shift management in the absence of store leadership.

Responsibilities include leading team members to deliver outstanding customer service, managing showroom service levels, handling in-store processes, and ensuring accurate invoicing and order processing. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to obtain RSS Certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team members in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise the customer service levels on the retail showroom and ensure adherence to service programs.
• Perform store opening/closing duties and day-end procedures.
• Process buy online/ship to store, hub and store transfers, and DC add orders in a timely manner.
