O’Reilly Auto Parts is hiring a Retail Service Specialist in Champlin, MN. The role supports the Store Manager and Assistant Managers in sales, customer service, store appearance, and operations, and may take on shift management in their absence.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills required.
• Ability to obtain RSS Certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team members in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise the customer service levels on the retail showroom to include team member execution on customer service programs.
• Ensure telephone is answered according to company policy.
• Process buy online/ship to store, hub and store to store transfers, and DC add orders in a timely manner.
• Handle special orders and outside purchases efficiently and according to procedure.
• Ensure returns and exchanges are processed friendly and refunds issued correctly.
• Ensure merchandise is invoiced before product leaves the store.
• Communicate Zipline messages and manage Image Maker/merchandising tasks as assigned.
• Ensure team adherence to schedule, clocking in/out per policy, and secure store procedures.
• Perform all store opening/closing duties and day end procedures.
