GPC Genuine Parts Company in NM is seeking a friendly NAPA Counter Sales associate to greet customers, provide auto parts guidance, and support the team at the counter. You’ll use your parts knowledge and strong communication skills to help customers find the right parts and ensure a smooth shopping experience.

Ideal candidates bring automotive parts knowledge, a valid driver’s license, and a willingness to learn.

Responsabilités

• Provide auto parts answers and solutions for customers in person at the counter/over the phone.
• Use parts knowledge to assist team members answer questions for customers.
• Provide outstanding customer care and interactions with everyone who comes into our NAPA Store.
• Bring customer focus and high energy to our fast-paced stores.
• Welcome retail customers into our retail stores and engage to provide a positive consumer experience.
• Use technology (computer), cash register, telephone, and paper catalog system.
