USA GPC Genuine Parts Company is seeking a NAPA Counter Sales associate to be the face of our retail stores, helping customers with auto parts and inquiries. You’ll answer questions at the counter or over the phone and guide shoppers toward the right parts with a friendly, energetic approach.

Ideal candidates have a background in automotive parts or a willingness to learn, strong communication skills, and enjoy a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Genuinely enjoy helping customers with auto parts questions
• Background in automotive parts or willingness to learn all things auto parts
• Experience in a parts store or automotive industry is a plus

Responsabilités

• Provide auto parts answers and solutions for retail and wholesale customers at the counter or over the phone
• Use your parts knowledge to assist other team members with customer questions
• Provide outstanding customer care and positive store interactions
