USA GPC Genuine Parts Company is seeking a NAPA Counter Sales associate to greet customers at the counter, answer questions, and provide expert parts guidance. You will support retail and wholesale customers, answer questions, and help teammates with part selections in a fast-paced store.

The role focuses on delivering excellent customer care, using automotive parts knowledge, and maintaining a positive store experience for every guest who steps into our NAPA Store.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required, technical/trade coursework a plus.
• Willingness to learn auto parts and industry basics.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in a parts store or automotive industry preferred.
• Able to work in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide auto parts answers and solutions for customers in person or by phone.
• Assist other team members with customer questions using parts knowledge.
• Deliver outstanding customer care and positive store interactions.
• Engage with customers to create a welcoming shopping experience.
• Operate cash register and use catalog/paper systems as needed.
