GPC Genuine Parts Company is seeking a NAPA Counter Sales associate to serve as the face of the retail store. You’ll use your parts knowledge to help customers and coworkers, delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities include answering auto parts questions in person or by phone, maintaining accurate catalog and inventory processes, and contributing to a positive consumer experience. A valid driver's license and HS diploma are required.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Willingness to learn auto parts and processes.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Experience in auto parts or retail is a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Customer-centric with empathy and listening skills.
