Qualifications

• Valid Driver’s License and willingness to learn all things auto parts.
• High School Diploma or GED required; technical or trade training is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced retail environments with strong listening skills.
• Experience in a parts store or automotive industry is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Provide auto parts answers and solutions for customers in person or over the phone.
• Use parts knowledge to assist other team members with customer questions.
• Deliver outstanding customer care and positive store interactions.
• Maintain customer focus and high energy in a fast-paced environment.

• Operate computer, cash register, phone, and paper catalog system.
