Job summary

NAPA Auto Parts is seeking a Counter Sales Team Member to be the face of the store, helping customers with auto parts questions in person or over the phone. You will use your parts knowledge to assist customers and teammates, delivering outstanding service in a fast-paced retail environment.

Requirements include a valid driver’s license, a High School Diploma or GED, and excellent communication. Previous parts store or automotive experience is welcome, but a willingness to learn new parts is

Responsibilities

• Provide auto parts answers and solutions for our retail and wholesale customers in person at the counter/over the phone.
• Use your parts knowledge to assist other NAPA team members answer questions for customers.
• Providing outstanding customer care and interactions with everyone who comes into our NAPA Store.
• Bring customer focus and high energy to our fast-paced stores.
• Welcome retail customers into our retail stores and engage to provide a positive consumer experience.
