NAPA is seeking a Counter Sales associate to be the face of our store, helping customers with auto parts both in person and over the phone. You’ll leverage your parts knowledge to assist teammates and provide top-notch service in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires a willingness to learn, excellent communication, and a drive to deliver a positive consumer experience. A valid driver’s license, high school diploma, and knowledge of catalogs/inventory systems are a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Great listening skills and empathy for customers in fast-paced retail environments.
• Experience in a parts store or automotive industry or willingness to learn all things auto parts.
• Knowledge of cataloging and/or inventory management systems is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Provide auto parts answers and solutions for retail and wholesale customers at the counter/over the phone.
• Assist other NAPA team members with customer questions using your parts knowledge.
• Deliver outstanding customer care and interactions with everyone who enters the NAPA Store.
• Bring customer focus and high energy to a fast-paced retail environment.
• Welcome retail customers into the store and engage to provide a positive consumer experience.
• Use technology (computer), cash register, telephone, and paper catalog system.
