Job summary

NAPA stores are seeking a Counter Sales associate to be the face of the store, providing auto parts answers and solutions to retail and wholesale customers at the counter or over the phone. You will use your parts knowledge and friendly service to help customers find the right parts and share expertise.

We value experience in automotive parts or hands-on car tinkering, a valid driver's license, high school diploma, and the ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must have willingnessto learn all things auto parts.
• Previous experience in a parts store or automotive industry or related tinkering is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to assist customers and teammates.

Responsibilities

• Provide auto parts answers and solutions for retail and wholesale customers in person at the counter or over the phone.
• Use parts knowledge to assist other team members answer customer questions.
• Engage customers with a positive experience and greet them entering the store.
