Job summary

Genuine Parts Company’s NAPA store seeks a Counter Sales associate to greet customers, answer auto parts questions, and provide fast, friendly service in-store and by phone. You will use parts knowledge to help teammates and customers, and you’ll contribute to a positive shopping experience in our busy retail environment.

Prior parts experience or automotive tinkering is a plus; a valid driver’s license and a High School diploma or GED are required.

Qualifications

• Ability to assist customers with auto parts questions and solutions.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Willingness to learn automotive parts and processes.
