NAPA Auto Parts is hiring a Counter Sales associate to be the face of our retail store, helping customers with parts advice and fast, friendly service. You will use your automotive parts knowledge to assist customers in-store and on the phone, and support team members with answers to questions.

Ideal candidates enjoy fast-paced environments, have excellent communication skills, and are eager to learn across automotive products.

Qualifications

• Background knowledge of automotive parts.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Willing to learn all things automotive if background is missing.
• Love fast paced retail environments.
• Great listening skills and empathy for customers.
• Valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Provide auto parts answers and solutions for retail and wholesale customers in person at the counter or over the phone.
• Use parts knowledge to assist team members answer questions for customers.
• Provide outstanding customer care and interactions with everyone who comes into the NAPA Store.
