NAPA is looking for a Counter Sales associate to be the friendly face of our retail store, helping customers with auto parts questions and purchases. You’ll use our catalog and POS systems to assist both walk-ins and phone customers.

Ideal candidates have auto parts interest or experience, strong communication, and enjoy a fast-paced team environment with opportunities to grow within the company.

Qualifications

• Face-to-face and phone support for auto parts customers.
• Willingness to learn automotive parts and store processes.
• Background in automotive parts or repair is a plus.

Responsibilities
