NAPA Counter Sales is a welcoming entry point into our retail stores, where you’ll be the face of the store for auto parts questions and purchases. You’ll help customers in person and over the phone, using your parts knowledge to provide accurate solutions and excellent service.

Ideal candidates enjoy fast-paced retail, have a driver’s license, and bring a background in automotive parts. Training and growth opportunities are emphasized within a stable company.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver’s License and willingness to learn auto parts.
• Experience in a parts store or automotive industry preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Technical/trade courses or degree a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide auto parts answers and solutions for retail and wholesale customers at the counter or over the phone.
• Use parts knowledge to assist team members in answering customer questions.
• Provide outstanding customer care and positive store experiences.
• Engage customers to create a welcoming retail environment.
• Operate computer, cash register, telephone, and paper catalog system.
