NAPA is seeking a Counter Sales associate to be the face of our retail store, helping customers with auto parts needs in person or by phone. You’ll use parts knowledge to assist teammates and ensure a positive consumer experience while managing a computer, cash register, and paper catalog system.

Qualifications

• Background and knowledge of automotive parts.
• Experience in parts store or automotive industry preferred.
• Willingness to learn all things auto parts.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide auto parts answers and solutions for customers in person or over the phone.
• Assist team members with customer questions using parts knowledge.
• Provide outstanding customer care and interactions with customers.
• Use computer, cash register, telephone, and paper catalog system.
