Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong leadership and supervisory experience in retail/service environments preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; coaching ability.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations: opening/closing, work orders, CICO procedures, customer service, staffing/scheduling, inventory, and cash handling.
• Drive team performance to meet KPI targets and company goals, including NPS, time to serve, job completion, customer conversion and quality metrics, while ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Ensure technicians are SafeTech certified and maintain training to deliver quality installs/repairs.
• Provide guidance on vehicle/equipment maintenance and recordkeeping; collaborate with marketing to display materials effectively.
• Deliver world-class customer service by promptly addressing client complaints and warranty issues.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
