GEICO seeks a Field Auto Damage Trainee to inspect and assess vehicle damage, estimate repair costs, and negotiate settlements for the New Haven, CT territory. You will partner with body shops, rental companies, and parts providers while building strong customer relationships.

The role includes licensing support, on-the-job training, and opportunities for professional growth with a comprehensive benefits package and paid time off. Evening/weekend availability is required.

Formación

• Customer-facing experience preferred.
• Experience in high-volume call centers with KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) and measurable goals preferred.
• Active Adjusters license preferred (training and exam fees provided).
• High School Diploma or GED required; College degree preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Consult with involved parties, review insurance contracts, inspect vehicles, write estimates, and manage rental cars.
• Problem resolution by addressing customer concerns and ensuring a positive experience.
