Job summary

GEICO in New Hampshire is seeking a Field Auto Damage Trainee to assess vehicle damage, estimate repair costs, and negotiate settlements. You’ll work with body shops, rental companies, and parts providers to resolve claims.

Program includes hands-on training at our Ashburn, VA facility and adds field training in NY/TX/CA with mentors. Must have strong customer service and valid driver's license; licensing is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; College degree preferred.
• Active Adjusters license preferred (training and exam fees provided).
• Customer-facing experience preferred.
• Experience in high-volume call centers with KPIs and measurable goals preferred.

Responsibilities

• Customer interactions: consult with involved parties, review insurance contracts, inspect vehicles, write estimates, and manage rental cars.
• Problem resolution: address and resolve customer concerns to ensure a positive experience.
• Meaningful impact: drive customer satisfaction through proactive service.
