Job summary

GEICO is seeking a Field Auto Damage Trainee to reassess vehicle damage, prepare estimates, and negotiate settlements, with collaboration with body shops and rental companies. The role covers the Concord/Manchester NH territory.

Responsibilities include customer-facing interactions, reviewing contracts, inspecting vehicles, and facilitating repairs, rentals, and parts. Licensing support is provided; high school diploma required; hourly pay starts at $30.53 with sign-on bonus for licensed

Qualifications

Customer-facing experience preferred.
Experience in high-volume call centers with KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) and measurable goals preferred.
Active Adjusters license preferred (training and exam fees provided).
High School Diploma or GED required; College degree preferred.
Valid driver’s license that meets company underwriting guidelines required.

Responsibilities

Consult with involved parties, review insurance contracts, inspect vehicles, write estimates, and manage rental cars.
Resolve customer concerns, ensuring a positive experience.
Drive customer satisfaction through meaningful interactions.
