Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage auto physical damage claims from first notice of loss through resolution and settlement.
• Evaluate policy terms to determine coverage and liability; negotiate settlements within authority.
• Coordinate with appraisal teams and repair facilities for timely claim resolution.
• Document findings in claim management systems and maintain records.
• Communicate with insureds, claimants and internal stakeholders professionally.
