Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Two years auto claim handling experience.
• Active adjuster license, where applicable.
• Proficient in claims management systems and MS Office.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to learn new technology and adapt.
• Ability to manage multiple claims in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage auto physical damage claims from first notice of loss through resolution and settlement, handling low to moderate complexity cases.
• Evaluate policy terms to determine coverage, liability, and damage; negotiate settlements within authority.
• Coordinate with appraisal teams and repair facilities for accurate damage assessments.
• Document findings in the claim management system and maintain records.
• Determine settlements and communicate outcomes to insureds and claimants.
• Provide timely, professional communication to customers and internal stakeholders.
• Adapt to new technology implementations and AI tool rollouts while maintaining productivity.
