Travelers is seeking a Claim Rep, Auto Damage, to support customers and third-party claimants through the auto claims process from first notice of loss through settlement. You will provide clear explanations of policies and coverage, while evaluating claims to ensure accurate payments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Two years of auto claim handling experience.
• Active adjuster license, where applicable.
• Proficient in claims management systems and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Manage auto physical damage claims from first notice of loss through resolution and settlement.
• Evaluate policy terms, conditions and exclusions to determine coverage and liability.
• Negotiate settlements within your authority.
• Coordinate with appraisal teams and repair facilities for accurate damage assessments.
• Document findings in the claim management system and maintain records.
