Job summary

Travelers is seeking a Claim Representative, Auto Damage, to support customers and third-party claimants through the claims process when vehicle damage occurs. You will provide clear explanations of policies and options, investigate and evaluate claims, and ensure accurate payments.

The role requires active adjuster licensure where applicable, strong communication, and the ability to coordinate with repair facilities and appraisal teams to reach fair settlements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Two years of auto claim handling experience.
• Active adjuster license where applicable.
• Proficient in claims management systems and MS Office.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage auto physical damage claims from first notice of loss through resolution.
• Negotiate settlements within authority.
• Coordinate with appraisal teams and repair facilities.
• Document findings in claims systems and maintain records.
• Provide timely communication to insureds and claimants.
