Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• One year auto claim handling experience or completion of Travelers Auto Claim Representative training.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Handle low to moderate Auto Damage and some Property claims from intake to resolution.
• Analyze coverage and apply policy terms across jurisdictions.
• Investigate claims, gather pertinent facts and coordinate with experts as needed.
• Establish reserves and negotiate settlements within authority.
• Maintain compliance with quality standards and regulations.
