Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor’s degree, a state adjuster license where applicable, and 2+ years of auto-claim experience. Proficiency in claims systems and MS Office is expected, with a focus on accurate, timely resolutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Two years auto claim handling experience preferred.
• Active adjuster license where applicable.
• Proficient in claims management systems with advanced MS Office & enterprise platforms.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage auto physical damage claims from first notice of loss through resolution and settlement.
• Evaluate policy terms to determine coverage and liability; negotiate settlements within authority.
• Coordinate with appraisal teams and repair facilities for accurate damage assessments.
• Document findings and maintain records in claim management systems.
• Communicate promptly with customers, insureds, and stakeholders; adapt to new tech tools.
