Job summary

Responsibilities

• Manage auto physical damage claims from first notice of loss through resolution and settlement.
• Evaluate policy terms to determine coverage and liability, negotiating settlements.
• Coordinate with appraisal teams and repair facilities for accurate damage assessments.
• Document findings in the claim management system and maintain records.
• Determine settlements within authority; issue denial letters or reservations as needed.
• Provide timely communication to customers, representatives and internal stakeholders.
• Adapt to new technology implementations and AI tool rollouts while maintaining productivity.
