Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s Degree, two years auto claim handling experience, an active adjuster license where applicable, and strong communication, attention to detail and organizational skills for fast-paced environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required or equivalent experience.
• 2 years auto claim handling experience recommended.
• Active adjuster license where applicable preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage auto physical damage claims from initial notice to resolution, including total loss evaluations.
• Evaluate policy terms to determine coverage and negotiate settlements within authority.
• Coordinate with appraisal teams and repair facilities for accurate damage assessments and timely resolution.
